About Thomas
Thomas Harrison is an Aboriginal affairs professional with over 20 years of experience driving cultural leadership, systemic reform, and stakeholder collaboration across education, health, justice, and community sectors. He is widely recognized for embedding First Nations perspectives into organisational practice, building inclusive partnerships, and delivering programs that strengthen Aboriginal identity, wellbeing, and empowerment.
Thomas has led statewide initiatives, facilitated cultural safety frameworks, and partnered with government agencies, health services, and community organisations to advance reconciliation and systemic change. His consultancy work spans cultural awareness programs, immersion experiences, e-learning, and the design of cultural safety strategies that transform organisational practice.
